A. Geographic Location Data

The App accesses your GPS position to show nearby beaches and calculate distances. While distance calculation happens in real-time on the device, coordinates may be transmitted to map service providers to provide requested driving directions.

Legal Basis: Explicit user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

B. Online Identifiers and Technical Data

We collect technical and diagnostic data (IP address, crash logs, device performance) to ensure the security and correct functioning of the App. Additionally, with your consent, we use online identifiers (Advertising ID) for measurement and personalized advertising purposes.

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest for stability and security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); User consent for advertising personalization and advanced analytics (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

C. Data Recipients (Third-Party Providers)

To provide our services, some data is transmitted to the following partners acting as Data Processors or independent Data Controllers:

Google (AdMob, Analytics, Maps): For ad management, statistical analysis, and mapping services.
RevenueCat: For the technical management and verification of in-app subscriptions and purchases.

D. Purchase Data and Feature Unlocking

We manage information necessary to verify the validity of purchases made through official stores, including one-time purchases (Premium) and subscriptions (Pro), in order to unlock corresponding App features. Financial transactions remain the responsibility and management of official stores (Google Play / Apple App Store).

2. Consent Management and Advertising (UMP / GDPR)

Preference Management:
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage your privacy and personalized advertising preferences in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Advertisements are loaded only after obtaining valid consent, where required.

You can withdraw or modify your choices at any time by accessing the "Privacy Consent" or "Settings" section within the App.

3. Extra-EU Data Transfer

To provide the service, your data may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Google, RevenueCat) located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., United States). Such transfers occur based on appropriate legal safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or adequacy decisions, in line with the providers' official policies.

4. Data Retention

Technical and Crash Data: Retained for the time necessary to resolve issues, usually no longer than 90 days.
Analytics Data: Retained in aggregate or pseudonymized form for a maximum period of 14 months, in line with service providers' standard settings.
Local Data: Favorites, lists, and user settings reside exclusively on your device's memory and are removed when the App is uninstalled.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.
